Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our landscape construction team. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment to maintain beautiful landscapes.
Duties
- Assist with landscaping installation of plants, Hardscapes, water features, and construction
- Perform landscape maintenance such as planting, mulching, and pruning trees and shrubs
- Operate machinery including excavators, skid steers, and other construction or horticultural equipment
- Maintain irrigation systems and perform gardening duties to promote healthy plant growth
- Execute hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming, removal, and health assessments
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure all equipment is properly cared for
Qualifications
- Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools is a plus
- Familiarity with land clearing, hardscape installation, or horticulture practices is advantageous
- Ability to operate machinery is desirable but not required
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and landscaping work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred for job site access

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
