Company Overview: Join our dynamic team as a reputable and customer-centric automotive service center dedicated to providing top-notch vehicle care and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join us as an Automotive Service Advisor!!
Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor with Joyce Buick GMC, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service by guiding them through their vehicle service needs. Your role will involve assessing customer concerns, and effectively communicating with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs or maintenance. The ideal candidate has acquired a minimum of 2-4 years of prior Automotive Service Advisor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and conduct thorough consultations to understand their vehicle issues or service requirements.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services or repairs and associated costs, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Schedule follow up service appointments and effectively manage the service bay to maintain efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnosis and resolution of vehicle problems.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Offer additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle manufacturer recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive customer service or service advising required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and invoicing purposes
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance is advantageous.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Tekion Experience strongly preferred, but if not, we can teach you.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
