Bring your commercial construction experience indoors. Lead a crew building steel-framed apartment buildings in one of the nation's largest off-site construction facilities. No travel. No weather delays. Home every night.
At Connect Housing Blocks, we're changing how housing is built by combining the craftsmanship of traditional construction trades with modern building methods. Our team builds high-quality housing in a state-of-the-art indoor construction facility, giving skilled trades professionals the opportunity to continue building while enjoying consistent, year-round work.

- Perform hands-on construction work and demonstrate proper techniques and craftsmanship.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is organized and completed efficiently.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on construction methods and safety practices.
- Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship throughout the build process.
- Identify and resolve issues that impact safety, quality, or schedule.
- Maintain accountability for safety standards, company procedures, and team performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in commercial construction, skilled trades, or a related construction environment.
- Previous experience leading crews while actively performing the work.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
