Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dining Service Director to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath in Akron, OH. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining services, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and management to the dining services team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Develop and implement menus, meal programs, and catering services to meet the needs of our residents and guests
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies
Manage food inventory, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing use
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve conflicts
Requirements:
1 year of experience in dining services management or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
Strong customer service focus and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
