We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Director to lead our growth in the US Department of Defense (DoD) market.
Main Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new opportunities in the US DoD

Generating weekly new qualified leads

Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new sales opportunities

Provide capture and Price to Win guidance to the BD team

Draft proposals and solicitations

Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports

Provides market feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategy and positioning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the US DoD market, including Capture, Price to Win and business development

Ability to write proposals and statements of work

Bachelor’s Degree - Must. MBA or equivalent - Advantage

Proven track record of overachieving quotas or equivalent measure metrics

Experienced in working in hardware and product companies, UAS a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM software

US military service a plus

Travel up to 75%

Ability to obtain Security Clearance
