Director of Strategic Marketing & Commercial Excellence – Americas
Huntsman is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing & Commercial Excellence – Americas supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the Vice President, Americas Region.
The Director of Strategic Marketing & Commercial Excellence for the Americas leads the end-to-end marketing strategy and commercial excellence agenda for the Polyurethanes business. This role is accountable for driving profitable growth through integrated strategic marketing, pricing discipline, commercial effectiveness, and innovation portfolio management.
This position serves as a key member of the Americas Leadership Team and oversees both the Marketing organization and the Commercial Excellence function, including the Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager.

Develop and lead the Americas Strategic Marketing plan

Drive new business development and innovation pipeline

Lead commercialization in partnership with Technology & Innovation

Maintain market intelligence and competitive insights

Drive asset management and portfolio optimization

Lead Commercial Excellence strategy and execution

Oversee Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager

Establish pricing governance and margin optimization

Lead CRM, KPI frameworks, and sales tools

Drive NBD to commercialization pipeline

Partner with Sales to embed commercial excellence

Support account strategy and customer growth

Develop marketing communications strategy

12+ years of experience in strategic marketing, commercial, or pricing roles with leadership responsibility
