- Have daytime weekend availability to assist with school sports photography (a plus).
What to Expect as a First Choice School Photographer
- Transport a professional mobile photography studio to assigned Picture Day locations.
- Provide Picture Day direction to school staff, parent volunteers, and students.
- Capture each student's unique personality through high-quality portraits.
- Represent First Choice Photography with professionalism while working in schools and with families.
What It Takes to Be a First Choice School Photographer
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service and/or photography experience is a plus.
- Ability to work a seasonal, flexible schedule, with hours varying each week based on assignments.
- Must be available for early morning starts, as early as 5:00 to 6:00 AM.
- Live within a 30-minute commute of our studio in Elyria, Ohio.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
- Ability to lift and operate professional camera equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to successfully pass FBI and BCI background checks, as required for working in Ohio schools.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.
