Water Inc. is a distributor and manufacturer of high-quality filtered drinking water systems, established in 1977 and serving the Western United States. We're modernizing our operations and looking for a sharp, hands-on systems and operations person to own the day-to-day running of our business.
This is not a traditional office manager role. You'll live inside our ERP system, Prophet 21 (P21), managing order flow, inventory, pricing, purchasing, and reporting while keeping the office running smoothly. You'll be the person who knows where everything is, why it works the way it does, and how to make it work better.
What you'll own:
- Daily ERP operations including order processing, inventory adjustments, purchasing, and reconciliation
- Maintaining pricing, items, and customer data in P21
- Running and maintaining Crystal Reports
- Coordinating with warehouse, sales, and accounting to keep things moving
- Identifying inefficiencies and helping build better processes
- General office operations and administrative coordination
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Prophet 21 (P21) or a comparable distribution ERP
- Background in distribution, wholesale, or a product-based company
- Inventory and purchasing experience required
- Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning problems without a lot of direction
- Interest in modern tools, AI, and finding better ways to do things
- Experience with e-commerce operations a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
