Duties
- Set up and calibrate machinery according to specifications before starting production runs
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance throughout shifts
- Monitor machine operations, identify issues, and make adjustments as needed to prevent downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in top condition
- Record production data accurately, including cycle times, output quantities, and machine performance logs
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical problems and escalate complex issues to maintenance teams promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
- Prior experience operating manufacturing or industrial machinery preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
