As a Pest Control Manager, you'll be the face of our team in the community, working directly with clients, answering questions, conducting property assessments, and recommending services that help families protect their properties. No industry experience?
No problem. We provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to build confidence and succeed.
Pest Control Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential pest inspections and identify customer needs
- Educate homeowners on pest concerns, prevention strategies, and available treatment options
- Assist customers in selecting the best pest control solutions for their property
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively (training provided)
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Accurately document customer interactions, service details, and sales activity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals
Qualifications for this Pest Control Manager position:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the local Houston market
- Reliable transportation to and from the office each day
- Previous pest control, sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and team development
