Responsibilities of the Production Shift Supervisor – 3rd Shift
- Lead all production operations, including extrusion, press operations, packing, loading, and maintenance coordination
- Provide guidance to production employees
- Coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues
- Ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Promote continuous improvement while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications of the Production Shift Supervisor – 3rd Shift
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aluminum extrusion or a related production environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality systems, and equipment operation
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities and troubleshooting production issues
