Programming, operating, and editing CNC mills and lathes for precision work

Setting up machines using detailed setup sheets and tool lists

Reading/understanding blueprints, engineered drawings, and specifications

Inspecting with micrometers, calipers, and other gauges; deburring and finishing to standard

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Applying manual machining skills when appropriate

Partnering with the team to troubleshoot and improve processes

Mentoring apprentices and sharing best practices

Minimum 6 years of CNC machining experience (we will also consider strong manual backgrounds or highly motivated learners with relevant training)
