About the Role
As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our industrial operations, ensuring that production lines run efficiently and safely. By utilizing your expertise in machine operation and material handling, you will directly contribute to the high-quality output of our metal processing facility.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise banding of finished ingots to meet strict customer specifications and quality standards.

Operate advanced ingot casting robotics to maintain consistent production flow and throughput.

Safely navigate industrial equipment, including forklifts, to transport materials to designated staging areas.

Perform essential maintenance on furnace pump wells and bag house systems to ensure operational longevity.

Document production data and material weights with high accuracy to maintain inventory integrity.

Collaborate with the production team to uphold a clean, organized, and hazard-free manufacturing environment.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent GED.

Proven ability to operate a forklift or tow motor safely.

Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.

Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to consistent attendance.

A proactive approach to maintaining workplace safety protocols.

Prior experience in mechanical assembly or industrial machine setup.
