Position Details:

Preserve and maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community and facilities
-
Full-time position in Johnson County, KS area
Responsibilities:
-
Perform duties to maintain the common areas of the community including grounds, clubhouse and pools

Assist with snow removal

Assist with tasks to prepare vacant units for new occupants

Assist with work orders for current residents while providing exceptional customer service

Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Other related tasks as needed at surrounding properties also owned/managed by Peterson Properties
Requirements:
- Compensation based on your experience

Must have your own basic tools including a smartphone or IPAD
-
Physical demands include constant walking, standing, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.

Successfully complete background and drug screening

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
