The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our full-time clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who takes pride in delivering thorough, compassionate preventive care and building lasting relationships with patients. You will play a critical role in the oral health of our community — and in the overall success of our practice.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and full-mouth charting
- Provide thorough prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other preventive and therapeutic hygiene services Expose and review dental radiographs in accordance with state guidelines and practice protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies
- Document patient records accurately and completely in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans and communicate clinical findings
- Administer local anesthesia where permitted under Texas state law
- Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive agents as indicated
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sterilized clinical environment
- Foster a positive, trust-based relationship with every patient to encourage long-term recall compliance
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital radiography and dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Local anesthesia certification preferred
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages
- Ability to manage a full patient schedule efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude
