$17.75 per hour | Full-Time | Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm / Saturday & Sunday off

Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults build the education, career skills, and confidence needed for successful futures. As an Administration Clerk, you'll provide essential support that helps every department operate efficiently.

Provide administrative and clerical support to department leadership

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other professional documents

Manage mail, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls

Track reports, contract deliverables, and department documentation

Maintain Job Corps systems, records, and electronic databases

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Support special projects and provide assistance to other departments as needed

Help ensure accurate, organized, and efficient daily operations

Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
