Responsibilities And Duties
- Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and grounds.
- Change bulbs, locks/keys.
- Must be able to install or assist with the installation of appliances.
- Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
- Walkthrough of newly vacant units to forecast repairs.
- Walk completed units to create “punch” lists.
- Removal of trash or belongings left behind in vacant units.
- Installation of door knobs, closet rods, blinds to ensure the apartment meets move-in standards.
- Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving, but not limited to:
- Electrical and plumbing.
- A/C and heating systems.
- Appliance repair washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, water heaters, etc.
Experience Required
- Two (2) years minimum of prior experience or related experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose workable solutions
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of minor repairs and hand tool use.
- Knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair routine maintenance issues.
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs, respond to requests for service.
- Ability to focus on solving conflict, maintain confidentiality, and keep emotions under control.
- Ability for on-call emergencies

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
