Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Duties
- Receiving visitors, clients and potential customers.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Processing incoming mail and packages for clients including scanning and forwarding
- Providing information about products, services, and company policies
- Processing reservations for internal and external clients
- Provide support in resolving customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed
- Be proactive to anticipate client's needs and be able to upsell services
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and acumen
- Punctuality is a MUST

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
