What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, speed, and execution.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and restaurant staff.
- Build a positive, engaging culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive key business metrics, including sales growth, food cost, labor, Speed of Service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead from the front by maintaining a visible presence on the restaurant floor during peak business.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently meets Wingstop's standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and financial performance while maximizing profitability.
- Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Execute company initiatives and maintain consistent brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous General Manager or multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
- Proven success developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, and profit management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- A hands-on leader with a high sense of urgency and a passion for hospitality.
- Commitment to creating an outstanding guest experience and a positive team culture.
- Must have reliable transportation.
