Job summary
Function:
Assemble products or components of manufactured items per production work orders and/or procedures, drawings, and schematics.
General Responsibilities:

Complete quality documentation using readable penmanship.

Able to lift 30 pounds minimum on a regular basis.

Commitment to keep work area clean and free of debris.

Working knowledge of Employee Handbook.

Able to understand and communicate in English.

Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Job Specific Responsibilities:

Operate assembly line hand tools.
-
Completing paperwork daily related to assembly line.
-
Assemble products or components of manufactured items.
-
Reject products outside of specifications per NCMR procedure.
Qualifications
-
High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
-
Experience in related industry preferred.
Training Requirements
-
All training courses as identified by the Training Matrix must be complete 90 days after hire.
-
Any other training identified on the Individual Development Plan.
Requirements
Experience:
-
No experience required/On-the-job training to be provided.
Skills:
-
Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).

Working knowledge of the Company’s traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.).

Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measure.
