Golden Movers is growing, and we’re looking for an Outside Sales Consultant who can build strong relationships, earn trust, and deliver an exceptional customer experience—not a high-pressure salesperson, but someone who wins business the right way. What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home and virtual moving consultations
- Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through booking
- Build relationships with realtors and referral partners
- Attend weekly networking (BNI) and realtor events
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain detailed notes in CRM
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth moves
What Success Looks Like
- 15–20 consultations per week
- $100K–$150K+ in monthly booked revenue
- Strong referral network
- Consistent follow-up and high booking ratio

Compensation & Performance
- Base salary + commission
- Expected earnings: $90,000 – $120,000+
- Training ramp with bonus during first 90 days
- Target: $125,000+ monthly booked revenue
