This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. Most consultants average between $150,000 - $250,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Adhere to pre-scheduled appointments within a coverage territory of 120-mile radius at the home-owners property
- Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions
- Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
- Pass Our Background Check
- 2+ years of High-End Sales experience (preferred)
- Empathetic listening, persuasive speaking during a one-call close
- Experience with Apple I-Pad tablets (IOS products are used during the appointment)
- A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
- Flexible Schedule (1-2 appointments during scheduled days)
- Some nights and weekend availability
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment
