Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, is comfortable working independently, and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties
- Log and organize new jobs and work orders
- Create and send customer invoices
- Process and pay company bills
- Record financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Sort, organize, and respond to mail and emails
- Maintain office records and files
- Provide administrative support to the owner
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document management.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques.
