We are growing our team at our Roseville location! Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
Essential Functions
Store Associates provide prompt and courteous customer service, run a register, stock product, assist in keeping store clean and assist management as needed. Must be able to interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience and drive sales by welcoming guests, sharing product knowledge, providing recommendations, and carrying out product for guests
- Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with co-workers
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the liquor stores, including stocking shelves on the sales floor and filling product in the beer cooler, and displaying of merchandise
- Answer store phone calls promptly and professionally, direct calls, and takes phone messages
- Communicate current pricing and promotions to customers
- Develop and maintain wine, beer, and spirits knowledge; keep up with industry trends in each product category
- Maintain stores’ high cleanliness standards by performing routine cleaning of the floor, the bathroom, and the parking lot
- Practice awareness and ensure theft at the store is at a minimum
- Utilize the point-of-sale system for every transaction; handle and manage cash
- Assist with in-store displays and signage
- Organize and maintain stock rooms and overstock products
- Comply with all laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Work in the store requires frequent bending and long periods of standing or walking. Employees must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds with reasonable accommodations.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
