The HR Generalist contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and high behavior expectations to ensure a superior employment experience. In this role, the HR Generalist manages the administration of HR operations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration support to employees, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ HR Generalist experience.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP a preferred.
Knowledge of current employment laws and practices and HR policies and procedures.
2 – 4 years Recruitment experience.
Excellent PC software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS and payroll systems.
Must be able to interact with all levels within the organization.

Effective oral and written communication skills.
