Responsibilities include cleaning residents' apartments and common areas. You would also ensure a smile is added to everyone's day!
Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures

Clean the office, restrooms, and other common areas on a daily basis

Clean and maintain models and/or target units on a daily basis

Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager

Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless

Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily

Perform additional duties requested by the Manager or Assistant Manager

Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis

Required to handle cleaning chemicals
Requirements:

Customer service experience.

3 months prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.

Passion and drive for helping others.
