- Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement
- Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday (No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays)
Territory & Coverage Areas:
This is a mobile, field-based position. Our technicians travel to patient locations across specific regions. We are currently hiring for candidates who can cover the following areas:
- Central Florida / Greater Orlando Cluster: Orlando, Ocoee, Maitland, Apopka, Longwood, and Altamonte Springs
- Space Coast Cluster: Melbourne and surrounding Brevard County areas
Note: Daily routes are optimized by our scheduling team to minimize drive times, and full mileage reimbursement is provided.

Your Role at a Glance:
- Clinical Partnership: Work side-by-side with a Nurse Practitioner at various patient locations.
- Hands-on Care: Responsible for removing and applying wound dressings, taking precise measurements, and ensuring patient comfort through proper repositioning.
- Supply Logistics: Maintain and organize daily inventory levels for wound care supplies to ensure seamless patient visits.
- Digital Documentation: Manage patient records by accurately uploading and downloading files and documentation.
Requirements (Strictly Enforced):
- Licensure: Must possess a valid and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
- Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time professional position. To ensure consistent patient care, applicants must not be currently enrolled in school.
- Experience: 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable managing digital files (uploading/downloading).
- Mobility: Must have a clean driving record and the ability to drive to various worksites daily.
- Physical Readiness: Must be able to stand/bend for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs (wound care cart), and perform patient transfers.

Healthcare is hands-on. This role involves constant movement of hands and potential exposure to blood or bodily fluids. We prioritize your safety by providing all necessary protective measures and rigorous safety training.
