Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Breakfast Attendant, you will own the morning experience by managing the buffet area and creating a warm, inviting dining space. Your primary focus includes:
Bar Setup & Maintenance: Prepare, display, and replenish hot and cold breakfast items according to standard brand guidelines.
Inventory Control: Arrange service dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and essential paper products cleanly and efficiently.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Promptly bus and wipe down tables, empty trash, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment (counters, cabinets, and floors).
Guest Interaction: Enthusiastically welcome visitors, anticipate individual needs, assist guests with disabilities, and provide a professional, friendly environment.
Safety First: Adhere strictly to safe food handling practices and company safety protocols.
What We Look For We train for skill, but we hire for attitude! To excel in this role, you should meet the following expectations:
The Hospitality Spirit: Natural ability to speak with clarity, practice professional telephone etiquette, and extend genuine appreciation to guests.
Physical Stamina: Comfortably standing, walking, and moving about for extended periods during the shift.
Professional Presence: Compliance with uniform standards and quality assurance expectations.
Credentials: A food handling certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Prior hotel experience (especially within the Hilton family) is a big plus, but not required!
