What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and explaining available wireless and home service options.
- Support account setup and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Learn daily retail operations, customer engagement, and team support.
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training.
- Build communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and maintain high service standards.
