The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient’s response to care. The RN will strive to excel in skill performance, personal growth and professional excellence.
Education Required: Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment; Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) or Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) within one year of employment; Pediatric Course encouraged; ENPC or PALS.
Shift: Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed. Various shift options, 12- hour shifts. There is an additional 10% differential for Casual Call hours worked.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
