Position Summary
We are hiring a self-driven, action-oriented Project Manager who can confidently lead remodels and new builds from start to finish. This role is for someone who makes quick, informed decisions, communicates clearly, and thrives in a high-expectation environment. This position will oversee 4–6 active residential projects, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and coordinate field teams, trade partners, and suppliers to bring each project from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities
· Full Project Ownership — Lead remodels and new builds from kickoff through final walkthrough with independence and accountability. Coordinate inspections, procure materials, and manage subcontractors.
· Scheduling & Coordination — Develop, update, and manage project schedules (3–6 week lookahead) using Buildertrend. Coordinate inspections, procure materials, and manage subcontractors.
· Budget Management —Oversee budget, track costs, manage change orders, and protect margins through decisive, proactive oversight.
· Client Communication — Communicate clearly, confidently, and consistently to keep homeowners informed and reassured. Lead project meetings with clients and internal teams.
· Quality Control — Enforce craftsmanship and detail at every stage with a high personal standard. Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, organization, and security. Uphold company quality standards with a goal of zero punch list completion
· Proactive Problem Solving — Identify issues early, make quick decisions, and implement solutions before they become costly.
Qualifications
· 4+ years managing residential construction or remodel projects (high-end preferred)
· Proven ability to run multiple jobs on schedule and on budget
· Self-driven, highly organized, and able to take action without waiting for direction
· Strong command of construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards
· Confident managing subcontractors, vendors, and high-expectation clients
· Sharp with numbers—budgets, change orders, margins
· Comfortable with Buildertrend or similar project management software
· Excellent communicator—clear, direct, and professional
· Calm under pressure, decisive, accountable, and solutions-oriented

Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Total Potential Earnings: Up to $109,000+ annually based on performance. Your performance directly increases your earnings—the better your projects run, the more you make.
