We are a family owned company that has been serving our community for over 20 years and have built a large variety of well-established loyal customers! We repair and service commercial refrigeration units, HVAC, and ice machines in grocery stores, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and schools/universities. We are looking for a well-qualified technician to test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and/or mechanical skills and to provide general repair work on commercial refrigeration units, heating and ventilation equipment, such as air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machine equipment, water pumps, gas furnaces, compressors and electric motors in a safe and timely manner.
If you do not have previous HVAC/R experience that is not a problem, if you have a repair background we will train you! (Pay during training period will differ and will be based on applicable experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma/GED.
- Universal EPA certification.
- Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school a plus!
- Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience required to receive signing bonus. Signing bonus is received after 90 day probationary period.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Emergency on-call availability
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. with no assistance and also be able to sit and/or stand for several hours at a time.
- Provide service to our customers in a safe, efficient and timely manner that exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment such as air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machine equipment, gas furnaces, compressors and electric motors.
- Provide preventative maintenance for customers.
- Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and/or mechanical skills.
- Maintain legible records of work history.
- Process job work orders and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Have a clean driving record and drive company vehicle in a safe manner.
