Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to join our towing operations team. This role is the first point of contact for customers in need of assistance and plays a critical part in coordinating timely, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional, empathetic customer support
- Dispatch drivers efficiently using GPS and dispatch software
- Coordinate schedules and monitor active service calls
- Communicate clearly with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of calls, service details, and payments

- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, or logistics preferred
