Executive Function Operator
I’m a big-picture entrepreneur running multiple operations under one umbrella, managing ADHD, and serving as a primary caregiver. My mind moves fast, I operate at a high level, and the sheer volume of moving pieces has outgrown what I can realistically manage on my own.
I don’t need a traditional assistant. I need an Executive Function Operator.
I need someone who can step into my chaos, understand how everything connects, and help me manage my life and business at an executive level so I can stay focused on building, leading, and making big moves.
This isn’t about micromanaging me. It’s about understanding my machine, seeing what’s coming, taking ownership of the friction, and keeping the entire operation moving forward.
HOW YOU HELP ME WIN
- Executive Function Support: Help set daily priority stacks, cut through visual noise, keep commitments moving, and provide the external structure that allows a fast-moving ADHD brain to function at its highest level.
- Life & Health Logistics: Own the calendar, book and track medical/doctor appointments, manage personal routines, handle caregiver coordination, and ensure life logistics don't fall through the cracks.
- Financial & Admin Wrangling: Keep personal and business finances organized—tracking receipts, managing bills, organizing paperwork, and keeping details clean.
- Chaos Wrangling & Gatekeeping: Extinguish daily fires, manage vendor/service communications, follow up on loose ends, coordinate outside help, and protect my focus.
- Operational Bridge: Connect the personal and business sides so nothing gets lost between the cracks. Understand not just what needs to happen, but what needs to happen next.
THE HYBRID SETUP
- Remote (Daily): Schedule defense, digital organization, appointment tracking, administrative support, follow-ups, and coordination.
- In-Person (Weekly Local - Westland, MI): Strategic alignment, inventory/asset checks, personal errands, physical organization, and keeping the physical world aligned with the digital one.
- On-Site (As-Needed): Hands-on help during heavy project pushes, shop/home organization days, major transitions, or whenever the operation needs another set of capable hands.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A Heart of Gold: You genuinely care about people and take pride in making life easier for others without judgment.
- Empathy & Understanding of Neurodivergence: You know executive dysfunction isn't laziness or a character flaw. You know how to create structure without creating shame—and how to support without hovering.
- High Emotional Intelligence: You know when to push, when to anchor, when to remind, and when to simply handle something yourself.
- High Agency & Initiative: You don't need every step explained. You see something that needs to be done and figure out how to solve it.
- Absolute Discretion & Trust: You’ll have access to personal, financial, medical, business, and family information. Confidentiality and loyalty are non-negotiable.
