Studio C Inc. is now accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Technician for Celebration Cinema Mt. Pleasant. As a Maintenance Tech, you'll be involved in maintaining a first class experience for our guests doing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and grounds keeping. This full-time, hourly position offers a flexible early morning schedule with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. Some weekend and holiday hours may be required, but we foster a lifestyle balance.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain building systems, grounds (including snow removal), and overall facility appearance
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, seating, equipment)
- Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to ensure safe operation
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors and verify quality of work
- Follow all safety standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- 1+ year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical systems
- Comfortable using tools, ladders, and lifts
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- MUST be a self-starter who can work independently
