Provide non-clinical case management services supporting military personnel readiness. Coordinate care, track medical cases, and ensure compliance with Army medical readiness standards.

Manage assigned Soldier medical cases from identification to resolution

Coordinate care across providers, facilities, and military units

Maintain and update case files in systems (eCase, MEDCHART, MEDPROS)

Prepare cases for Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB/PEB)

Conduct monthly case reviews and reporting

Support readiness events (PHA, SRP, mobilization processing)

Educate Soldiers on medical readiness and resources

Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Vermont or eligible)

3–5+ years clinical or case management experience

Strong administrative and coordination skills

Experience with medical documentation systems preferred

Military / VA / DoD experience
