We're Hiring: Front of House Manager
Our premier luxury spa is seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to join our team. We are looking for a warm, outgoing, and professional individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating an unforgettable five-star experience for every guest.
As the first and last point of contact, you will play an essential role in ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Create a friendly, professional, and inviting atmosphere for every guest.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Open and close the spa each day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.
- Build lasting relationships with guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Process retail sales and maintain an attractive, well-stocked retail display.
- Assist with daily spa operations and support the team as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and polished with a professional appearance.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills.
- Sales oriented with confidence in recommending and selling premium retail products.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Front of House Manager, Spa Receptionist, Hotel Front Desk Agent or in luxury hospitality, retail or customer service is preferred.
- Reliable, proactive, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus bonus.
