Schedule
- Part-Time: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Weekday and weekend availability required (hours fluctuate based on client demand)
- Typical project hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 (PLUS TRAVEL TIME)
- Additional travel time before and after appointments may be required
- Please note: This is a client-service business. Workload naturally varies throughout the year, so weekly hours are not guaranteed.
Compensation
$20.00 PER HOUR
What You'll Do
- Organize, declutter, and create functional systems throughout clients' homes, including kitchens, closets, pantries, garages, offices, playrooms, and storage spaces.
- Help clients thoughtfully sort, edit, and make decisions about their belongings with patience, empathy, and zero judgment.
- Implement organizing systems using containers, labels, and storage solutions.
- Assist with packing, unpacking, downsizing, move preparation, and concierge moving services.
- Maintain project documentation, upload before-and-after photos, and accurately track work hours.
- Transport supplies or donations when needed (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and remain active throughout the workday.
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes up to 90 miles one way
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and cloud-based systems.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets, dust, and common household fragrances.
