Shifts: Morning, Mid-Day, and evening shifts available.
Guaranteed Base Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cake Artistry & Decoration: Take the lead on decorating and finishing cakes to meet 85°C’s precise global aesthetic standards. Apply icings, glazes, fondant, and artistic accents with consistency, creativity, and care. Every cake that leaves the case should be a reflection of our brand’s five-star commitment.
- Artisanal Production: Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and specialty items in accordance with exact global quality standards. Precision in timing, temperature, and technique is essential.
- Display & Presentation: Work closely with the production team to ensure front display cases are always stocked with fresh, beautifully presented products. A full and visually appealing case is a direct reflection of our team’s craft.
- Departmental Mastery: Cross-train across all Back of House departments — including Separation, Ovens, and Cake Decoration — as well as select Front of House functions, contributing to a seamless and unified team operation.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a meticulously clean and organized workspace at all times. Strictly adhere to all health department regulations, food safety protocols, and company guidelines without exception.
Qualifications
- Must not be in high school.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous baking, kitchen, or food prep experience is preferred, but we will train the right personality!
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow technical recipes and timing charts.
- Availability: 15 hours/week minimum. Hiring priority goes to full time availability.
- Physical Requirements: Sufficient strength for moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and nearly continuous standing in a high-temperature kitchen environment.
