What You’ll Do
As a Listing Agent, you’ll work directly with motivated homeowners through inbound seller opportunities, structured follow-up, and proven listing presentation frameworks.
You’ll guide sellers through the listing process—from the initial conversation and pricing strategy to listing appointments, signed agreements, negotiations, and successful closings.
Our onboarding program is designed to sharpen your listing consultations, pricing strategy, negotiation approach, and ability to convert seller opportunities into signed listings.
You’ll also have ongoing coaching and real-time support from experienced professionals, along with dedicated marketing and operational resources to help you focus on building relationships and growing your listing pipeline.
Our goal is simple: provide the opportunities, systems, and support so you can focus on winning listings and growing your business.
