Quality Control & Safety role ensures compliance with project standards, and safety protocols (OSHA, fall protection) through site inspections, documentation, material checks, team guidance, and hazard identification, focusing on both new builds and repairs, often involving detailed reporting, client communication. Tasks include inspecting scaffolding, waterproofing, and proper ventilation for weather resistance and durability.
Some training will be provided however, the candidate should have knowledge of membrane roofing as a trade, the ability to communicate effectively with GCs, Crews, Project Managers, etc. Jobsite meetings will be required.
Initially, most work will stay in the Columbus area, but after approximately 12 months, travel will increase significantly to 75-90%.
