Overview
You’ll manage client accounts of moderate to high complexity and help grow existing relationships through day-to-day service. You’ll work with internal teams and external clients, spot ways to add value, and support client retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. This role calls for steady service, clear communication, and a client-first approach. How you'll make an impact
You’ll be the day-to-day contact for an assigned group of client accounts. You’ll help keep service moving, solve issues, and make sure clients get timely follow-through. You’ll also look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that fit the client’s needs and support business growth.
You’ll work closely with Branch Managers, Production team members, and other colleagues to support the client service function. You’ll help protect existing business, ask for referrals, and support the sale of extra services when there’s a clear need. You’ll also help keep work efficient and consistent with AJG standards.
About You
Required:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Insurance knowledge.
