We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to serve as a key leader in our field operations. This is not a desk job — the right person thrives in a dynamic, physical work environment, takes ownership of quality, and communicates effectively with both our cleaning teams and our clients.
This role is a working supervisor position. You will spend your time in the field completing cleaning assignments alongside our technicians, leading quality inspections, operating specialty cleaning equipment, and serving as the primary point of contact between management, employees, and clients.
If you are a self-starter with a strong commercial cleaning background, natural leadership ability, and the flexibility to work a schedule that serves our clients — we want to hear from you.

Operating floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and large cleaning equipment; coordinating helpers on project days. Training provided.

A gas stipend of one full tank of gas per week is provided to offset field driving if personal vehicle is used. Travel to and from your first and last client location each day is considered your regular commute and is not separately compensated nor considered as time working. This arrangement is straightforward and consistent across the team.
