We are hiring an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, customer interactions, and team development while representing AT&T services in a professional, people-focused environment.
Spanish-speaking ability is needed for customer communication. Conversational Spanish is acceptable — full fluency is not required.
The Opportunity
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. We are looking for someone who can communicate well, lead by example, stay organized, and help create a strong atmosphere around the team.
You will work directly with customers and alongside leadership while learning how daily operations, account management, team development, and performance tracking are handled.
Daily Responsibilities
- Support office leadership and daily team operations
- Assist with customer interactions and account support
- Help onboard and develop newer team members
- Communicate professionally with English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Track goals, performance, and activity throughout the week
- Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment
- Learn leadership and management responsibilities hands-on
