Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager
Job Description:
As a member of AMF's Leadership Team, this position is responsible for leading our Quality Management System, ISO 9001 certification, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and operational excellence across the company.

This position works closely with every department at AMF, including Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Field Installation.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems on the shop floor just as much as improving systems in the office.
This position is for someone who wants to work in the trenches with the rest of the leadership team.

We are ISO 9001 certified and manufacture complex assemblies for customers throughout the United States. Our work serves industries including industrial manufacturing, automation, material handling, architectural construction, mining, water and wastewater, and a wide variety of OEM manufacturers.
We are headquartered in Ogden, Utah.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead AMF's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Plan and lead internal and external audits.
- Drive company-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data and develop improvement strategies.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping.
- Develop KPIs and quality metrics.
- Coach and train employees on quality and continuous improvement.
- Help strengthen AMF's culture of operational excellence.
- Lead customer quality investigations and drive root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Experience & Education:
Minimum of three years of experience managing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment. Experience in both Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an associate degree and five years of direct experience.
Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or QA/QC methodologies is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
