JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinic Midwife provides obstetrical and women’s health care to the patients of our clinic.
The Clinic Midwife reports directly to Clinic Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
RN graduate of accredited school of Nursing must have completed an accredited program for Nurse Midwives.
Licensure/Certification:
CNM licensure

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:
Clinic Midwife provides obstetrical care to low risk patients.
2. Clinic Midwife provides women’s health services to patients.
3. Clinic Midwife rotates on call schedule with other midwifes and takes first call
when on call for physicians.
4. Documentation in a timely fashion into patient charts.
5. Triage phone calls from the nurses regarding patient phone calls.
6. Other duties as assigned.
