Big Valley Auto Auction is hiring a full-time Vehicle De-Identification
The main responsibility of this position is to remove decals, stickers, lettering, wraps, adhesive residue, and other company markings from vehicles. When there are no vehicles requiring de-identification, the employee will assist the Recon Department with cleaning and preparing vehicles for auction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Remove decals, stickers, wraps, lettering, and adhesive residue from vehicles.
- Complete work carefully without damaging vehicle paint, glass, or trim.
- Inspect vehicles and report any damage to the supervisor.
- Clean and organize tools, supplies, and the work area.
- Assist with washing, vacuuming, and cleaning vehicles.
- Help prepare vehicles for auction.
- Move vehicles around the auction property when authorized.
- Follow all company and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform additional Recon duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 and over
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time.
- Must pay close attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Previous vehicle detailing, decal removal, or Recon experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to assist throughout the Recon Department as needed.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience preferred
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
