Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process
- Perform , finishing, and structural elements
- Manage various aspects of construction, including coordination, and quality control on-site
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate framing, roofing, siding, and restoration projects
- Conduct carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, woodworking, and drywall installation with attention to detail
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including plastering, roofing repairs, and general construction needs
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on site
- Support remodeling projects by applying skills in carpentry, siding replacement, or interior finishes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long shifts
- Experience working with various construction materials including wood, metal studs framing, stucco or plastering products
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to safety protocols and quality standards
