Position Summary:
At Lift Lending, Our Debt & Loan Specialists play a vital role in assisting customers by attentively understanding their financial needs and providing access to timely, affordable, and customer-focused lending solutions. Successful team members thrive in a results-driven, competitive environment where commitment and performance are directly linked to career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound loan inquiries, qualifying leads and understanding client needs.
- Educate borrowers on available loan products, terms, and processes while guiding them to the most suitable lending solutions.
- Drive application conversions by following up with leads via phone, email, or text, and nurturing them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively manage daily follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics (e.g., application conversions, funded loans).
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with a positive mindset and a strong desire to grow through learning and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and empathetic style.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with sales goals.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and brings a great attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- A passion for helping clients achieve financial goals through tailored lending solutions.
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and documentation requirements in lending.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
