Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to introduce our services and gather interest from potential clients
- Engage in meaningful conversations with community members, explaining our offerings clearly and confidently
- Identify and qualify leads through active listening and effective communication techniques
- Build rapport with prospects, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching target audiences more effectively
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads generated, and follow-up actions required
- Assist in organizing community events or outreach activities to expand brand awareness
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus, but not mandatory; strong leadership qualities are valued
- Background in marketing, sales, customer service, telemarketing or fundraising preferred
- Experience with door-to-door canvassing or direct outreach methods is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively persuade and motivate potential clients
- Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and professionalism
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for extended periods

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
